學校教育要發揮功能需要家庭教育的配合,家長與學校互為合夥關係。學校定期舉辦親教育日,增進家長與學校間聯繫與互動管道,讓家長更一步了解孩子在學校的生活,藉此知道該如何配合學校教育,使學校教育與家庭教育同一步調。每年定期舉辦多場親職講座,聘請教育界專家學者擔任講師,提供教育新知,如何做好親子溝通與教育子女的正確方法。希望透過親職講座促進親子情,在溫馨家庭中,學生的學習成就逐步提升,達到預期的教育成果。


In an effort to assist the children of minorities and low income families, the school provides after school programs to improve the overall performance of these students. This program not only creates a safe learning environment for these students but also solves the problem of parents who are unavailable for their kids after school.
The school holds parent-teacher meetings regularly to improve mutual communication and understanding. These events not only allow the parents to know what their kids are doing in the school, but also help the teachers to understand the personal backgrounds of their students. We believe that the more the teachers know about the kids, the better they will be at teaching them. Every year the school also invites education experts to offer lectures regarding communications issues to improve the relationship between the teachers, students and parents. The school aims to boost the students’ performance at school through these yearly lecture series.
